Spicy Noodles Recipe :

*Materials:
Noodles - 2 packets
Boiled potatoes - 3 p.m.
Onion crumbs - 1/2 cup
Crushed green chillies - 4 p.m.
Ginger-Garlic Crush-1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - a small amount
Tomato paste - 1/2 cup
Carrot crumbs - 1/2 cup
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Hot spice powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder -1 / 2 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1/2 teaspoon
Chili sauce - 2 tablespoons
Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp
*Preparation:
First put 2 tablespoons of medium oil in a pan.
After adding oil, when the oil is hot, lightly fry the ginger-garlic in the oil.
Ginger-Garlic powder is browned and fried. Add hot spice powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and then onion powder.
After giving the onion pieces, add the carrot and tomato pieces with it.
Then fry until soft and keep stirring with a packet of spices along with the noodles.
Now add 2 cups of water and the remaining spice packet.
After giving water, break two packets of noodles and boil them in low heat through water.
When the water of the noodles is dry, stir in 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of chili sauce and 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce, a small amount of chilli powder.
Then you spread the chilli powder on top and shake it.
Before you do, sprinkle a small amount of lemon juice.
Then when there is a little bit of water inside the noodles, it will become your favorite salty spice noodles.
